Fredrik Larsson works with project support at Scanmast in Mora. His role involves getting many pieces to fall into place.
It starts with me setting up a project in our internal tool. Then I collect and review documentation from the client, complete site maps and prepare reconnaissance. Documentation is reviewed and updated on an ongoing basis, and inspection notes are handled to ensure that everything is of the highest quality.
Without a doubt, the most important qualities for someone working in project support are accuracy and being good at setting the right requirements, i.e. knowing what needs to be in place for a successful delivery. Over the years, Fredrik's knowledge of telecommunications has increased thanks to many experienced colleagues and ongoing skills development.
So what does Fredrik like best about his job?
The most fun is when the team delivers together, when everyone does their activities in the best way and communication works. It feels good when we carry out projects efficiently and with the right quality so that the customer is satisfied. It's also fun to be able to contribute to developing the quality of our documentation and to be involved in developing working methods. These are things I am passionate about.
"Scanmast is a company with nice colleagues and customers, good work equipment and nice premises," Fredrik summarises.
