Daniel Herrlin, Project Manager

Daniel Herrlin currently works as a project manager at Scanmast. He has previously worked in the oil industry in Norway, but when oil prices fell and the industry slowed down, he chose to return to Sweden. After three years as a field technician at Scanmast, he moved to the role of project manager. His job today is to manage the projects and the field technicians, liaise with the clients, ensure that everyone has the documentation they need to do a good job and, not least, to follow up the finances of the projects. In his new role, he will benefit greatly from his previous experience:

Working as a field technician means that I have seen more and perhaps have a broader understanding of the business, am more analytical and focused on planning everything well. I familiarise myself with what works and how everyone involved perceives the situation.

What does it take to thrive at Scanmast?

The most important thing is to be open and sociable, unpretentious and committed. We are a team where everyone helps each other - you should be a team player! Scanmast is an exciting company that always wants to be at the forefront. We think several years ahead and have long-term plans," concludes Daniel.
