Legal and contractual issues to consider
Whether it is a base station to be mounted on a roof or a site where a mast or tower is to be constructed, licences and permits are required. Within the permit and contract process, there are the following key points to consider, which we can help you with.
- Plant lease
We handle all the negotiation and drafting of contractual documents for plant and property leases.
- Building permit
We handle the entire building permit process and all contacts with authorities, consultations and the inspection officer.
- Electricity quotation
We take care of all contact with the electricity company and coordinate the delivery.
- Lease agreement
We handle the contacts with mast or facility owners and draw up lease agreements, if you as a telecoms operator are going to lease an existing mast.
- Air law
We take care of all permits and contacts with the Civil Aviation Authority and the Swedish Armed Forces.
- Road contracts
We liaise with the relevant landowners and road associations to gain access to the site of the facility.
