De omfattar b\u00e5de transportskador samt material-, konstruktions- och produktionsrelaterade fel.<\/p><p class=\"p3\"><b>1. Reklamationer vid leverans<\/b><\/p><p class=\"p3\"><b>1.1 Ankomstkontroll<\/b><\/p><p class=\"p3\">Vid leverans ska du tillsammans med chauff\u00f6ren kontrollera att:<\/p><ul class=\"ul1\"><li class=\"li3\">godset \u00e4r oskadat<\/li><li class=\"li3\">antalet kolli st\u00e4mmer \u00f6verens med fraktsedeln<\/li><\/ul><p class=\"p3\">Om det finns transportskador, synliga skador p\u00e5 emballaget eller saknade kolli ska detta anm\u00e4las direkt till chauff\u00f6ren <b>innan kvittering<\/b>. Chauff\u00f6ren g\u00f6r d\u00e5 en skriftlig notering p\u00e5 fraktsedeln eller i handdatorn.<\/p><p class=\"p3\"><b>1.2 Kontakt inom 7 dagar<\/b><\/p><p class=\"p3\">Oavsett om skador noterats vid leveransen ska allt gods kontrolleras inom <b>7 kalenderdygn<\/b>.<br \/>Om du uppt\u00e4cker skador eller avvikelser ska du kontakta Scanmast inom samma tidsram. Efter mottagen anm\u00e4lan initierar vi ett \u00e4rende mot spedit\u00f6ren vid behov.<\/p><p class=\"p3\"><b>2. Reklamationer av material-, konstruktions- och tillverkningsfel<\/b><\/p><p class=\"p3\">Reklamationer som inte r\u00f6r transportskador, utan g\u00e4ller produktens funktion eller kvalitet, hanteras som material- och konstruktions\u00e4renden och kan omfattas av garanti.<\/p><p class=\"p3\"><b>2.1 Vad som kan vara reklamationsgrundande<\/b><\/p><p class=\"p3\">Exempel p\u00e5 fel som kan omfattas:<\/p><ul class=\"ul1\"><li class=\"li3\">materialfel<\/li><li class=\"li3\">konstruktions- eller tillverkningsfel<\/li><li class=\"li3\">fel som uppst\u00e5r vid normal anv\u00e4ndning enligt Scanmasts specifikationer<\/li><\/ul><p class=\"p3\"><b>2.2 Hur du g\u00f6r en reklamation<\/b><\/p><p class=\"p3\">F\u00f6r snabb handl\u00e4ggning ber vi dig inkludera f\u00f6ljande information:<\/p><ul class=\"ul1\"><li class=\"li3\">artikelnummer och ordernummer<\/li><li class=\"li3\">beskrivning av felet och hur det yttrar sig<\/li><li class=\"li3\">installationsdatum och anv\u00e4ndningsomr\u00e5de<\/li><li class=\"li3\">bilder eller videoklipp som tydligt visar felet<\/li><li class=\"li3\">eventuella ritningar eller protokoll som \u00e4r relevanta<\/li><\/ul><p class=\"p3\">Anv\u00e4nd formul\u00e4ret p\u00e5 v\u00e5r hemsida f\u00f6r att rapportera in avvikelsen.<\/p><p class=\"p3\"><b>2.3 Krav p\u00e5 korrekt anv\u00e4ndning<\/b><\/p><p class=\"p3\">Reklamationer kan inte godk\u00e4nnas om felet beror p\u00e5:<\/p><ul class=\"ul1\"><li class=\"li3\">felaktig installation eller avvikelse fr\u00e5n Scanmasts manualer och ritningar<\/li><li class=\"li3\">modifiering av produkten<\/li><li class=\"li3\">otillr\u00e4ckligt underh\u00e5ll<\/li><li class=\"li3\">felaktig lagring eller hantering f\u00f6re montage<\/li><li class=\"li3\">yttre p\u00e5verkan s\u00e5som extrema v\u00e4derf\u00f6rh\u00e5llanden, trafik, kollision, vandalism etc.<\/li><\/ul><p class=\"p3\"><b>3. Bed\u00f6mning och \u00e5tg\u00e4rder<\/b><\/p><p class=\"p3\">N\u00e4r vi mottagit ditt underlag g\u00f6r vi en teknisk bed\u00f6mning. I vissa fall kan vi beh\u00f6va unders\u00f6ka produkten fysiskt eller genomf\u00f6ra ett platsbes\u00f6k.<\/p><p class=\"p3\">M\u00f6jliga \u00e5tg\u00e4rder kan vara:<\/p><ul class=\"ul1\"><li class=\"li3\">reparation av produkt<\/li><li class=\"li3\">ers\u00e4ttningsprodukt<\/li><li class=\"li3\">kreditfaktura<\/li><li class=\"li3\">avslag om felet inte bed\u00f6ms vara reklamationsgrundande<\/li><\/ul><p class=\"p3\">Eventuella platsbes\u00f6k kan debiteras om felet inte t\u00e4cks av garanti eller reklamationsr\u00e4tt.<\/p><p class=\"p3\"><b>4. Begr\u00e4nsningar och undantag<\/b><\/p><p class=\"p3\">F\u00f6ljande omfattas normalt inte:<\/p><ul class=\"ul1\"><li class=\"li3\">normalt slitage<\/li><li class=\"li3\">skador orsakat av milj\u00f6f\u00f6rh\u00e5llanden utanf\u00f6r produktens specifikation<\/li><li class=\"li3\">korrosion som uppkommer av felaktig hantering eller lagring innan installation<\/li><li class=\"li3\">specialprodukter utan s\u00e4rskild \u00f6verenskommelse<\/li><\/ul><p class=\"p3\"><b>5. V\u00e5rt \u00e5tagande<\/b><\/p><p class=\"p3\">Scanmast str\u00e4var efter att hantera reklamationer snabbt, r\u00e4ttvist och med h\u00f6g teknisk noggrannhet.
