Return orders and labelling<\/p><p class=\"p1\">After we have reviewed the case, we will return with a return order and an AVR number.<\/p><ul class=\"ul1\"><li class=\"li1\">The goods must be clearly labelled with the AVR number.<\/li><li class=\"li1\">The customer books the return freight and is responsible for ensuring that the goods are well packaged and strapped.<\/li><li class=\"li1\">Tape or waybills must not be attached directly to the goods.<\/li><\/ul><p class=\"p1\">3. Return handling time<\/p><p class=\"p1\">We must receive the goods no later than one month after the return has been authorised.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">4. credit invoice<\/p><p class=\"p1\">Once the goods have arrived, we carry out an arrival check. If the goods are in saleable condition, a credit invoice will be issued with a 25 % return deduction, unless otherwise agreed.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">Please note<\/p><ul class=\"ul1\"><li class=\"li1\">Goods returned without agreement will not be credited.<\/li><li class=\"li1\">Special products are credited only by separate agreement.<\/li><\/ul><p class=\"p1\">Scanmast endeavours to make the handling of returns as smooth and clear as possible.
