Design
If you prepare correctly, plan thoroughly and calculate precisely, implementation becomes easier and more efficient as fewer adjustments need to be made on site. We’d be happy to help you with project design.
We also have extensive experience of the design and development of foundations, sites and technology carriers of various types; masts, towers, pipe bridges, portals and sign supports. We always work on the basis of your preferences and needs and are able to create solutions unique to you.
We’re a market leader as regards strength calculations for truss structures thanks to our very own mast calculation programme.
Design drawings
We produce assembly drawings and production drawings on the basis of underlying dimensioning, practice and applicable standards
Documentation
We have specialists at Scanmast who work solely with documentation. We can help you with documentation throughout your entire project, ensuring that drawings, descriptions, photos, measurements – everything to be documented, in fact! – is kept in order. And we’re happy to use the customer’s own system for this.
Project design
We always work on the basis of your preferences and strive to supply as cost-effective a comprehensive solution as possible. We have extensive experience of selecting optimum construction sites and the right products to meet your needs.
Strength calculations
We’re a market leader as regards strength calculations thanks to our very own mast calculation programme.
Quality and safety are important to us, so we’ll never supply a mast or tower without performing calculations according to your needs and applicable standards when constructing and refurbishing masts and towers. Besides looking at design and equipment, we consider other factors such as geographical location, safety class, terrain type and any ice load. All our structures are dimensioned in accordance with the Eurocodes with any national supplements.
That said, we can also carry out strength calculations on existing technology carriers, even if we didn’t supply them. This will help you to find out whether your technology carrier has enough capacity for new loads
