Project manager

Combing customer management with leading a team of telecom project managers who design and lead the company’s assignments – that’s the job for Johan Öhrström. He takes inspiration from the world of sport in order to create the best possible group dynamic within his team and to create and maintain good customer relations:

– One of my role models is NHL coach Jeremy Colliton, who took our local hockey club Mora into the Swedish top division. This was one of his strengths: he made everyone feel comfortable and perform at their peak. I am a great believer in working as a team. The saying ‘there’s no I in team’ is a vital ingredient in my leadership. When everyone feels fine and finds things enjoyable, the results will come. If we’re fine, the customer is fine.
